The national treasure of Britain Cheryl Cole has allegedly been fired from US version of X Factor after only four days of taping. Cheryl will be replace by Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.
No reason has been pubically confirmed yet. The most common theory floated so far is that her thick Geordie accent was too much for American viewers. If you have never heard Cheryl speak (I had not until very recently even after several years of ogling her pictures.), check this YouTube interview out. It is pretty rough to understand at times, I will admit.
But still, Cheryl Cole is so damn gorgeous and was so successful on the UK X Factor, I cannot believe they sacked her after only four days. There has to be more to this story than just the accent, but I do feel badly for Cheryl.
