Is it possible Gossip Girl star Blake Lively loves her breasts as much as guys do? I realize that's a bold statement, but since she continues to flaunt them so recklessly, I don't know what else to think. This outfit makes the Emmy show-stopper looks like a nun's habit.

Her breasts are truly one quick arm movement away from flapping in the wind. She's wearing basically nothing up top.

However, I suppose it is smart to keep all eyes on the cleavage and away from those ridiculous huge bows on the bottom of her shirt. Then throw into the mix that she's nearly six feet tall with absurdly long shapely legs and wearing tiny shorts with heels, and that's when my head explodes. It's just a crazy outfit.

But somehow it works for Blake. Kids, don't try this outfit at home. She's a trained professional.
